Poor Management, Hazardous work environment. No consideration for saftey, health, and well-being of employees.

Way too many to list! if you value your health and safety, stay away! They had the painters spraying highly toxic coatings inside work spaces with other trades, no PPE, no spray booth. Employees complaints of asthmatic symptoms were not taken seriously. I have been Diagnosed with accute chemical toxicity, stemming from agents in the paint hardener, (isocyanites) in the atmosphere from vapor clouds and atomized paint.

The majority of the employees there are some of the best people I've ever met.

Where to begin. Favortism and greed runs the show there. Management has an obvious soft spot for incompetent brown-nosers, which kills the moral of everyone else. They offer very low wages, expect mandatory overtime, and treat COVID like it's a political viewpoint, and then wonder why they have a high turn-over rate.
