Pros

Met good coworkers with great energy.

Cons

There is little transparency in the hiring process. The salary advertised is based on 6 days of work, not 5. You often work more than 8 hours in a day for no additional pay. Chaotic break arrangements, where you have to improvise a place to eat. The breaks do not last more than 30 minutes. They often schedule meetings for as late as 10PM. Some days start at 9AM, every day finishes at 8.30PM. Very poor work life balance.

Pros

Coworkers are really great people

Cons

Make you register as “self employed” yet you have to be at the office at 8 in the morning, and attend meetings outside of working hours. All you do is stand outside or inside of shops trying to get people to sign up to charity donations. Usually from 10-8. But since you get in the office at 8, it’s essentially 8am-8pm, 5 days a week. Some of them are working 7 days a week. I worked 8am-8pm for a two weeks straight, with a 20ish minute lunch break, and got paid £60. This is literally modern day slavery but they get away with it because you’re “self employed” and not employed by them. I have a history of back issues (herniated discs) and Dan Meredith basically just laughed off my request to take a break for a bit longer so my back doesn’t hurt as much. This company just takes advantage of desperate people looking for work. DO NOT WORK HERE. It’s not a job, it’s modern day slavery. Disgusting company.
