Not a great location making it hard to keep important positions filled, Out of the frying pan into the flame you have to be able to keep up with the fast pace, Learn by sink or swim there isn't much training offered other than how to operate the sales system

MCE is a great company to work for.

PPV operates as they did when they were privately owned. Very small minded mentality.
