Pros

Decent pay and breakfast everyday.

Cons

You are " in " solid if you are related to an owner or management and your job security is definite. Likewise, if you are a manager with no strong straights, any thoughts of your own and you can be manipulated with innuendoes and fear, you will succeed here. If you can perform tasks with little or no input, direction, respect or nurturing you might flourish. The grooming of employees is only for relatives or favorites, otherwise it's a hands-off endeavor, with little or no training, input or nurturing. with her looking to bag you on a whim, lie to your face while she does the deed. Made a new position and had no idea what they wanted it to look like, held me accountable for a vision that they did not share with me, did not train me to be able attain the vision and accumulated little disappointments in my performance. I guess try something different to magically attain the vision, without the mistakes they made with me.

Pros

The employees are served breakfast every day, company lunches.

Cons

SOOOOO much drama from the owners/management. No one likes the Operations Manager, she will turn on you fast. Everyone's brother/child/sibling works there, lots of favoritism. Company is losing clients and it affects the employees. Layoffs, pay cuts...
