Cons

Make you auto in to take calls every second, Stressful work environment, little pay with LOADS of work. leads and supervisors don’t help but always criticize what mistake you’ve made, no proper training, work drama, it’s not worth working here, look elsewhere

None past it was a paycheck

Cons

Openly bigoted and trans/queerphobic mean girls club mentality managers. No supervisor communication to properly assist phone team, phone agents are expected to fix everyone else's mistakes. You will be talked about behind your back, you will be considered difficult if you try to make a supervisor help. You will get zero training, have fun.
