Good base pay with benefits, but the opportunities aren't as prevalent as they think or make it out to be.
Cons
The company is family owned and if you don't fit in you will be chastised. Also, they had no problem starting off their National Sales Meeting with a prayer...super awkward for someone that agnostic.
