90% productivity (patient care and well being is considered the least important) Treats employees like children when productivity requirements are not met and require you to fill out a chart describing exactly what you did every 15 minutes Disrespectful management who does not care about concerns of employees Very expensive benefit packages It is very clear this company is only concerned with making as much money as possible without concern for patients and employees
