Every month, during our All Employee Meeting, the President reviews our monthly and annual retention rate with our team members. We are pleased to announce that Preh has an exceptionally high retention rate and we strongly feel it is due to the positive company culture and excellent benefits package. We have implemented an Employee Referral Bonus Program where we offer a referral bonus of $1,000 to any employee that successfully recruits and refers a family member, friend, or contact to work for Preh. We have received very positive feedback from our team members on this value-added perk.
We believe that our high retention rate stems from a strong leadership team. Our President and managers work diligently to ensure that employees are happy and taken care of. Each year, Preh’s leadership team administers an Employee Satisfaction Survey to every team member. Employees may choose to remain anonymous while providing honest feedback on their experiences working for Preh. Our President addresses every single comment from the surveys at our All Employee Meeting (including strengths and challenges) and encourages recommendations and input from our team members.
The President has encouraged, supported, and led the administration for providing a strong benefits package in which health, dental, and vision insurance (along with other benefits) are 100% free to all full-time employees and their families. Employees and their families are eligible for these outstanding benefits on their first day of employment. The President and leadership team continue to strive to provide unique rewards and initiatives, in addition to an open and optimistic work environment, to create and maintain a positive culture at Preh.
