No pros in this company

Team leads will be there but won't provide any support, management will not encourage really hardworking peoples and will not support them. They expect us to behave properly while they won't. Proper salary and other beneficiaries like PF will not be credited though they will show it in the payslip. Totally not worth it to join in this company.
