Pros

Staff is very supportive of each other. Vacation time is good. Schedule can be flexible, some work 4, 10 hour shifts.

Cons

Metrics can not be met. As soon as you meet metrics the department metrics are increased. The amount of work expected just keeps increasing. Middle management only cares about what the case management director wants.

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
