As a real estate professional, I find the operational practices of this brokerage to be deeply concerning and frankly, abhorrent. The financial structure is exploitative, characterized by a persistent pattern of excessive fees that severely undermine an agent's earnings. Compounding this issue is the complete lack of accountability regarding client funds. The handling of earnest money deposits is opaque and raises significant red flags. When I attempted to gain clarity on these matters, I was met with an unsettling silence. My inquiries were not just unanswered; they were deliberately ignored, a tactic clearly used to evade responsibility. This pattern of non-responsiveness extends to any challenge or question posed, particularly when their own policies or statements are called into question. Their refusal to obtain a NAID number for the state of Michigan is not just a procedural oversight; it demonstrates a fundamental unwillingness to comply with standard industry practices. When I pressed for an explanation, all communication ceased—phone calls, emails, and texts were met with a complete and utter lack of response. The contemptuous tone evident in their rare communications only solidifies the unprofessionalism that permeates every level of their organization. I would caution any potential buyer, seller, or agent against engaging with this brokerage. Their practices are not only unprofessional but border on the unethical. They do not mean you any good!
