Leadership was great to work with as well with Premier’s clients offsite at their partner facilities. Employees were friendly. Room for limited growth and opportunities.
Cons
Management structure was falling apart when new investors came onboard, and boundaries were not being respected. Leadership does not understand that micromanaging is not leadership; it is poor leadership skills. They also loves to tattle on their peers to upper management before solutions were solved. They spaz; it made working with them uncomfortable and on site with Premier’s partners. One-on-Ones, or meetings were cancelled, or rescheduled due to poor planning unless anything something important needed to be addressed. Taken advantage of with collections and put on the spot before even spoken to before meeting staff on site, and overworked. Promised with additional compensation but never in writing. Management showing favoritism.
