Poor Work environment, Lack of Karachi Management interest, Lack of Head office Islamabad Management interest. Back biting and bad mouthing by head of administration against fellow executives, his own department junior staff and other department staff. Most of the senior staff is actively involved in corruption at all level. There is no room for a good and honest employee.

Nothing too much but it's fine because of its salary.

The company should give the tours to the employees.
