Pros
- Great people to work with - Some management will bend over backwards to increase employee satisfaction - Depending on department/field there is room to grow including partnerships with Universities to further education (especially for nurses)
Cons
- Cooperate management does not appear to have any idea of what actually happens in the hospitals sometimes - Middle management at the hospital level can be spotty, at times it seems like patient care and satisfaction gets left behind (and all the burden put on staff) in favor of a CYA and hands off approach - No inflation raises anymore - Performance bases raises are very low
