Really the best thing at Premier was the work force. Everyone is willing to teach and work collaboratively
Cons
The C Suite looks at numbers on a spreadsheet rather than employee longevity and contributions. Has had a RIF every year for the last 4 years, resulting in the elimination of very long term employees who contribute greatly to the company vision.
Also, the chance for education and career growth is limited to certain roles only
