My experience with this company was disappointing overall. During my time there, the property often felt disorganized across multiple departments, including maintenance and office operations. Expectations were consistently high, yet there was a lack of clear leadership, structure, and support to help employees succeed. There also appeared to be frequent turnover in management positions, which created additional instability and made it difficult to maintain consistency. Communication from the corporate team was often unclear, and at times it felt as though employees were valued mainly for immediate needs rather than long-term growth or development. In my opinion, the workplace culture was chaotic and lacked transparency, which contributed to the ongoing turnover and overall negative employee experience. ABSOLUTELY NO ROOM FOR GROWTH!!!!
