Pros

I started with Premier Roofing in May 2018 as an intern going into my senior year of college and quickly fell in love with both the organization and the industry. From day one, it was clear that Premier was invested not only in my success as a salesperson but also in my growth as a leader. I was never treated like “just an intern.” Instead, I was welcomed like family and supported in ways that helped me grow personally and professionally. In 2019, I was promoted to Supervisor, which gave me my first opportunity to lead others and contribute at a higher level. By 2022, I had the incredible opportunity to open and manage our Wichita, KS branch as Branch Manager—a milestone that was both challenging and rewarding. In 2024, I was promoted to Regional Sales Manager, where I now have the privilege of leading multiple teams and driving growth across a wider territory. Throughout my journey, Premier has consistently provided mentorship, professional development, and life-changing opportunities. I’m proud to be part of a culture that truly invests in its people, celebrates wins, and challenges us to keep improving every day.

Cons

The fast pace and high expectations can be challenging if you’re not driven or self-motivated. It’s definitely not a “coast by” environment—you have to buy in and give your best effort...And when you do you will be rewarded.

Pros

High earning potential with a slow offseason to recuperate

Cons

To make a lot of money, expect to be putting in 12-16 hours a day, every day for 8 months. The income is actually lower than it should be because the overhead of this company is massive. They are constantly changing processes which can be good but for the most part, it just adds more work and hasn’t really show any positive changes in years. Ever since they sold out to investors, the company has taken a turn for the worse. Customer service satisfaction has dropped significantly. Employee satisfaction has dropped significantly as well. I worked at Premier Roofing for 9 years. At first it was great but not anymore. I sold millions of dollars for them and when I told them I was leaving, they gave me some time to close out my jobs. Then they cut me off 2 weeks early with no warning, stealing about $20,0000 in commissions. Yes, I am upset about that but the reason I decided to leave Premier in the first place was because the company changed too much, in the wrong direction.
