      Pay Flexible hours Great team environment Prizes and rewards based on performance Amazing culture

      Cons

      Your a 1099 employee so no benefits, however the pay more than compensates for it. You work hard they play harder on the off season. As long as you put the hours in, you’ll make bank!

      - Lack diversity in Management - Nepotism /Favoritism - Sales team first mentality. Other employees are constantly expendable. - Avg 50+ hour work weeks while being told to do more
