      Great people, opportunity to make a lot of money. Once you get the ball rolling you will have success. You get out what you put in. They do a good job of getting you motivated.

      Cons

      It is door to door cold knocking sales. Not for everyone. Make sure you work there long enough to close your deals or you will not see the payout you are expecting.
