      Pros

      Love of occupational health, some nice people, making a difference in patients lives.

      Cons

      Mergers, acquisitions, culture, management favorites, benefits, lots of talk about work/life balance but didn't walk that talk, unappreciated, cronyism, tolerated managers that treated employees horrible, dedicated employees who were thrown out with trash after merger and kept ones who should have been thrown out!

      good work life balance here

      Cons

      company only cares about the money they can make and not their staff. they stopped contributing to 401K during the pandemic to healthcare workers and never back paid it even though they continued to make money
