The Managing Director is non-technical and operates mostly on vision and talk, with little to no execution. Running an organization requires skilled and capable people, but due to the MD’s ego-driven decisions, many strong employees have already left. The current workforce lacks the skills needed to move the company forward.
The CHRO is equally ineffective—more of a political figure than a problem-solver, with little understanding of what is actually wrong within the organization.
