      An amazing culture. Helping children grow their brain every day. Amazing team. Amazing management

      Pros

      The beginning of the school year is always enjoyable but the 2nd to the 3rd quarter is always stressful.

      Cons

      Administration not holding parents accountable for their child’s academic and putting that weight on the teacher. Showing favoritism, and lack of support. Feedback seems to be always negative. Job description does not match the overall work of the teachers.
