There are mentors and support for every position and level. I was a teacher for ten years and this is the first time I feel that I'm recognized and rewarded for my abilities in a timely fashion. They provide a curriculum that has been vetted over and over and that is very effective. There are opportunities to tutor in multiple areas and I really feel like I'm still making a difference for students.
Cons
It is a little bit feast or famine in terms of getting clients. There was one point when I had the full 20 hours of tutoring and now I'm only at about 8. There are still great opportunities for advancement and I'm excited to be part of the program.
