      The toxic environment and expectations will strip you of your humanity. Instead of leading and teaching they point fingers and humiliate. They do not follow Eeoc guidelines and I can’t wait to read the headlines when they are sued

      Pros

      Work load is pretty light. Good documentation. Work at your own pace.

      Cons

      Inconsistent standards among employees. No reward for good work or punishment for poor. No raises in Tier 1 and new employees are hired at a higher rate.
