Pros

Many of the people who actually do the work are smart and nice to work with. They service larger clients which typically have higher end technology which is nice to work with.

Cons

They only care about the bottom line. They do not care about their employees. They do not care about customers unless that customer has reached a point where they now are forced to scream and yell and threaten to leave. The culture was bad before COVID and COVID exposed it further. Incredibly silo'd teams that are designed to not work with each other. Huge disconnect between C level leadership and those who actually service clients. They say they are a technology company but they are not. They are a sales focused company and they go get some fancy certifications and partnerships that a small portion of their engineers actually have real world knowledge of. Their Managed Services has cheap, open sourced tools with no stability and clients pay the price. Their internal IT is desperate for staffing (so are most of their teams) and completely neglected. Some of the people in key positions of Managed Services leadership are some of the worst people I've ever worked with in any role and there is zero accountability. There is exponentially more accountability on a tier 1 role than senior leadership. I believe a lot of their leadership "got paid" through acquisitions or the company going from public to private and are coasting to retirement or some date they can leave. They are very aware of these issues and have no motivation or investment in fixing a thing. I would not advise a friend to work at Presidio and I would not advise a friend's company to work with Presidio.

Tons to learn and open to trying new tactics

Cons

Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
