All challenges or obstacles are addressed, I feel like they are in progress if not in place already.

My direct supervisor, the property manager, goes above and beyond for every single person she meets. She works 12 hour shifts everyday just about, and still makes sure I’m not overwhelmed or stressed. The most considerate person I’ve ever met in my life.

Staffing has been an issue at my property, I’m usually alone up front which can be very emotionally draining.
