Pros
Bringing in new, talented leaders that have worked in high growth companies. These new leaders are bringing in new energy and new vision. It is creating more momentum for the business so it is great to see us deciding to invest in the future of the company with new people and highly skilled and talented leaders.
Cons
We still stay stuck in our past and old ways. We accept status quo as a solution rather than trying new things and innovating. I am hopeful that with new leaders and these new leaders getting support to bring in new people we can change this attitude and really see massive growth.
