The Leadership of the company is in dire need of being replaced. They compensate the 'higher ups' well and employ people working at the lower end of the business for peanuts, and expect them to be grateful. It is a best practice of theirs to demote people and cut their pay significantly, meanwhile, upper management sits pretty and drives everyone else insane. There is no balance and the culture is cut throat. The owners are all 'not' on the same page, and are like 'keystone cops.' No training and development. People are expected to work and learn on their own.
