Pros

My first few years working there I can say that I enjoyed my job, and looked up to the owners, great guys, never to busy for their employees and finding news ways to make our team successful by showing leadership and building up the self confidence of the whole team..

Cons

Management out of control, issues with employees complaints, are passed from one manager to another without resolving issues, detail was understaffed, I complained for 4 months. I worked 50 + hours in horrible conditions this summer, no air-conditioning, bays at times reaching up to 98° inside and 103° outside. Working through heat stroke, working through my lunches most of the time, and coming in and staying late to cover shifts. My complaints always seemed to fall on deaf ears..

Pros

Wonderful people. Strong culture. Family owned and operated. Very tech focused and innovative growth strategy. Cool business model selling branded cars. Company is growing like crazy. Easy to get to work (dealership is right off I-80/I-15 freeway).

Cons

Lots of new hires due to company growth. Unclear job duties for some employees.

Pros

The business and the ideas are solid. Branded title vehicles are a great way for clients to "keep up with the Jones, without paying retail like the Jones did"

Cons

The owners are brilliant and amazing guys. I've never worked somewhere that the owners pushed and created such a great culture that's so different than the rest of a horrible industry. But they continue to hire management and leaders that have no intention of following the guidance and company culture. It was absolutely deflating to work everyday hearing one thing and as soon as the ownership was not around we were forced to do the opposite.
