Not the best Job - Manager Presto Pasta Employee Review

Management was clear with staff about expectations while keeping the atmosphere friendly and easy to work in. Easy to advance pay/position.

Changes of menu items and prices was not explained to staff until they were in place.

They pay on time, provide uniforms and basic training for cashiers new to the work force, even going so far as to offer monetary compensation and incentives for achieving mediocre results in their menu test, which is wild. Their restaraunts are never overly busy, and so remain pretty managable for the inexperienced crew.

Youbhave to work with mostly high school girls and the owners children who are all very immature and inexperienced and are often passive aggressive and rude to each other and guests. Their rules and shift tasks, stations, and side work are all designed to keep children focused and on task. I'd you're able to multitask, you'll soon find that there's little to do except socialize with high schoolers.
