The kitchen staff is treated like slaves. They are expected to do the impossible. The upper management is a bunch of heartless, evil British monsters that take credit for all the positives and assign blame for all the negatives. None of them even eat the food at the shop, because they know how disgusting it truly is. The store claims to be fresh and natural, but everything is shipped to the store in plastic bags. The soup is cooked at some factory and dispensed in paper cups by the slaves. The chicken is grilled somewhere else and shipped in slimy bags. Then they coat it in mayonnaise or some other sauce so you can't tell how low quality it is. Nothing is sliced fresh, it is all pre-sliced. Everything is over priced and you are forced to act like a happy jack-ass or your pay is cut. No, really. You don't get paid your full hourly rate if you don't impress the "mystery shopper". This place is what hell must be like.
