I worked at PrettySecrets for about 2 years and it was a great learning experience. Its a startup, so you need to be very self-motivated and entrepreneurial. There is great flexibility to try different things and the people are amazing.

The company needs a good HR, more empathy towards employees and transparency towards its mission and goals.
