Pros
Benefits are excellent at low pay weekly. Union position which you’ll need Great work schedule of 12 hours, 36/48 flop weeks. Pay is great. Breaks often.
Cons
Co-workers are hateful. Supervisors on each shift have different mindsets. Mostly, do not care about employees. Job is not hard but NO training. supposed training is one week, then you’re on your own. Basically left to bite the bullet, either soar or plummet.
