Pros

Fantastic leadership team. It's a small business, so many people wear many hats which really builds the family dynamic, everyone looks out for eachother. No day is like the previous day and the work culture is outstanding. Events in & out of office, and fun things in-office throughout the week. Annual raises & opportunities to advance and grow your career. Small things like birthdays & work anniversaries are celebrated throughout the office for everyone.

Cons

If a fast-paced work environment isn't for you, this might not be the place for you. There are constantly new goals to meet and people are always working. Work hard, play hard.

Pros

-The best, most insightful leadership in the industry -Real, effective business mentoring to grow a 6-figure plus financial practice -A true innovator and industry leader--we're doing things other financial firms haven't even thought of yet -Amazing office culture and teamwork--we operate like a family -Truly unique client experience--we do business on the attraction/education model, and the whole client process feels so different

Cons

-If you only want to work by yourself and don't plan to collaborate with teammates, you won't like it here. -We believe details matter and we go the extra mile, so you won't like it if you want to put in minimal effort. -As a new advisor, income will be unstable, because there is no base salary. You'll need to have savings or other sources of income to live on for at least your first 90 days while you ramp your new business up.
