Could do better in collaboration & availability of time for CE areas

Working with the patients is the most rewarding.

Lack support from senior leadership. Due to so many acquisitions the program does not have the appropriate infrastructure to adequately perform job duties. Constant turnover in all areas. Have people in leadership positions that do not know what they are doing. Work balance is horrible you are expected to be on duty 24/7, it is exhausting and this is expected.
