      If you know what you are doing they will give you a lot of freedom. Great trainings and courses, good opportunity to grow. Good culture but inconsistent in few cases. Staff discount and free staff food. Good benefits Overall good

      Cons

      Company is protecting bullies if the are good performers. New operators is cutting to much labour and giving to many discount . HR protecting bullies if they are good performers- no paid brakes after 6h for managers

      Overall all the team members are great Not sure what else I would say.... I am really sorry because I had such great hopes for the role

      Cons

      Intimidation from Snr team members, particularly the most snr in the Business The expectation is that you have no other life that you put everything else on hold Highly political and manipulative at a snr level which does not make for being yourself and having any sort of work life balance
