Pros

The people are very friendly and welcoming, and there are many resources to help with training and onboarding. Most positions in the US are remote, and you are allowed to flex your time if needed. I truly believe our software is one of the best available, I first learned about Pricefx as a prospective customer.

Cons

Software is complex and configurable, sometimes this makes it hard to get a yes/no answer on features and capabilities.

Pros

Best of breed software and lots of happy customers.

Cons

I have worked in software for a long time, including 10 years in the Bay Area and I have never seen a more insecure and incompetent CEO. He has managed to take an industry leading high-growth company to one that embraces a dysfunctional cult of bad leadership. The financial results speak for themselves as well as the numerous failed opportunities to execute an exit for the investors. 2 years of layoffs, plus a never-ending cash burn, has created a race to the bottom (of careers).
