      Pros

      All the overtime you can say no to. Has both 911 and IFT trucks.

      Cons

      Clinical and education division is weak. The orientation program has fallen apart. When they bought out Trinity, they used the trusted name in clinical aptitude of Trinity, and dismantled it. You can work at other private EMS companies and make more hourly wage.

      Understaffed at times, particularly when it comes to paramedics. Not the highest paying company in comparison to others around the same area.
