      - Teammates are friendly. - Freshers has learning opportunity.

      Cons

      - Management has an old mentality and CEO behavior is not professional. - Lack of organization. Works in a very unorganized way which wastes lots of time and effort. - Salary is not regular. Minimal compensation and benefit. Employees are forced to buy pen, notebook, and desk accessories by own. - Monitor employee with Cctv, staying at the desk is more important than good work. - Working on old tech, No ided about industry best practices, really need some talented people to keep the boat floating. - Bad HR policies, messy workflow. Not suitable for seniors.

The management is friendly, and there is a good balance between learning and performance. Career growth opportunities and exposure to modern technologies make it an excellent place for both freshers and experienced professionals.

      Cons

      While the overall experience is positive, sometimes workload can be a bit high during project deadlines. Improving work-life balance during peak times would make the experience even better.
