Where do I start, the management are chruning and burning through new staff they continuously hire new staff on casual contracts and turf them before they finish probation. Every change I've seen them roll out has been botched from purchasing new equipment not suitable for use but it's cheaper to stuff ups in warehouse pick paths and general incompetence with anything they roll out. They have promoted people into leadership roles who in any other organizations would be shown the door. They get into the role because they tell leaderships what they want to hear. They often will weaponise safety to get rid of people. God help you if your injured on the job. Total lack of career advancement unless you suck up to right people. This all stems from the incentive structure for people in management. Simply put management sole concern is making sure they cut cost to try and get a bonus and make sure they don't get the blamed when things go wrong.
