Good place to work - First Contact Physiotherapist Primary Integrated Community Services Employee Review

This hands down was the nicest place that I have ever worked. The team were always friendly. There was zero workplace surveillance, and I always felt supported by all staff members. Management were always very polite and engaging.

I know this will sound cliché but honestly, there was not a single con I have to say about working at PICS.

Flexible with work hours and start times Little micromanaging, Can work autonomously

Lacking leadership. Little or no direction, organisation or communication from managers. Definitely have to tell our managers what to do and when
