Pros

PRS offers a work from home schedule and promotion to full desk associate if you hit your marks

Cons

while I was at PRS, around 10-15 people were fired/quit in the short few months I was there. many who were fired were given absolutely no warning, and those who quit felt similar to my situation, where I felt miserable every single day in that office. PRS does not have a vast network of companies they have worked with/a very small inventory of candidates, making it hard to get started/ be successful. you are better off at a more developed recruiting company. if you want to just cold call all day 7:45 AM-5:30 PM staring at your computer with zero real face to face interaction with any clients, take this role!

Pros

This is a great place for someone who is competitive, driven, and enjoys building relationships. There’s strong earning potential tied directly to your performance, and leadership is accessible and invested in helping people improve. if you’re willing to put in the effort, you can grow quickly both professionally and financially.

Cons

Like a lot of recruiting roles, it can be higher pressure and performance driven, which may not be the right fit for everyone. There’s a learning curve early on, and success requires consistency, resilience, and strong time management.

Pros

The office is pretty nice but that's about it.

Cons

Don't believe these positive reviews that are on here. - First, they sell you a dream during the interview. They tell you how they pride themselves on how they have a low turnover rate ( which is a lie). They also say that you can easily make $100k+ if you follow what they say. - They told me they would give me and the other new hires at least one month of training before getting on the phones.....they gave us four days of "training" which consisted of them reading out of a binder. - Their KPI's are always changing to ridiculous numbers. They make you spam candidates and companies every day with 70+ emails, 100+ texts, 50+ calls a day. - The CEO loves to talk about how much money he has and all the things he owns. He also LOVES yelling at employees. There were multiple occasions that the CEO and COO would get in arguments in front of the whole company and just yell at each other in their office! This is only half the stuff that is wrong with this company. Spare yourself the misery of working for these people.
