The people involved at Primavera are a fantastic group to work with. Always helpful and willing to learn. I love that some of the employees are former clients of Primavera - it shows a true commitment to helping people achieve their highest potential
Cons
Like a lot of non-profits, the organizational structure is lacking and layoffs are always a possibility. As an intern I was cheap labor and in no risk of this, but I saw a lot of friends leave.
