Minority owner is a good man. Field guys are fun and generally enjoyable to work with! Can be the door way to better things!
Cons
Lack of leadership, little to no growth opportunities inside the company, nepotism is blatant, long hours in the weather elements, nights, weekends, and out of town occurs regularly. Rarely have weekends off during spring and summer, poor benefits
