-Stop overpromising during hiring -Hiring process can be misleading; promises (like flexibility/WFH) do not match and never ever will match with the actual work conditions -Extremely poor job security; frequent terminations and employees are easily replaceable -Consistently long working hours (12–14 hours) with intense pressure to meet unrealistic chargeability targets -Complete lack of transparency in performance ratings and feedback -Very poor communication from management, leading to constant confusion and stress -Offshore teams in India are not treated on par with onshore teams -Heavy micromanagement culture with constant monitoring and pressure -HR support in India is minimal and ineffective in addressing employee concerns -Set realistic work expectations and reduce excessive pressure. -Build a fair and respectful work culture. Overall, this is a highly stressful and unstable work environment with long hours, poor communication, and no job security.
