Pros
I highly rate the CEO, he has the right message and is transparent. The company tries to be inclusive. 100% WFH. Good benefits, health, dental, 5 weeks of PTO, 2 volunteer days each year.
Cons
My department, human resources, talked a lot about culture, etc. but the actual department culture was toxic. They talked a good game but reality was very different. The amount of employees put on PIPs was crazy. There were so many employees that were termed for performance that you wondered if they even had a chance. Many cliques within the department, mostly employees that worked onsite prior to the pandemic stuck together and not welcoming to others that started as remote employees. Also, after the merger of Prime and Magellan, HR was very condescending to Magellan co-workers and blamed them for everything. There were focus groups to find out why morale was down and management was perplexed by the lack of employees willing to speak out. You couldn't trust anyone to have your back, they would turn on anyone except the chosen few who seemed to be protected by the HR VP.
