Senior leadership changed completely at least 2x in less than a year. That’s never a good sign but if I would’ve done my research, I could’ve been better prepared. Research the new CEO & see what happened at the last companies he worked for. Read the employee reviews about him and his “team” and you’ll learn they do the same at every company. They come in and do several rounds of mass layoffs and they do it from their houses in the Bahamas without ever even learning about the business first. They are very out of touch with the employees that are on the frontlines. Just do your research— it’s clear by the generic canned responses to reviews here by Primepay that they really don’t care about culture or their employees. What a shame.
