Small, local credit union. Good place especially if you like "wearing many hats" and multi tasking.
Cons
High turnover in the last 12mo. Small place where employees wear "many hats" means there is no one is dedicated to training new people- the person stuck training has their own job to do as well, so they can't dedicate the time to show you the ropes. Come with a knowledge of the ins-and-outs, or pick things up the first time.
