First of all, remote work was permitted. The colleagues were great, willing to help, to mentor. Everyone was kind and relaxed, and the are genuinely great people.
Cons
The upper management was abysmal. The PV physician level 1 pay was horrendous. On top of that, there was no raise after a year of service, because I was 2 days short from 365 days workin there, although I was superb at my job.

Senior leadership does not support or any kind of guidance.
Overloads their project managers and expects the PMs to do everything. The PMs are held responsible for teams with no training and no support from their leaders or line managers.
PMs are expected to be subject matter experts in all areas of PV instead of the departments.
PMs are more administrative than project managers.
