Supportive colleagues hindered by lack of leadership guidance - Project Manager PrimeVigilance Employee Review

Senior leadership does not support or any kind of guidance. Overloads their project managers and expects the PMs to do everything. The PMs are held responsible for teams with no training and no support from their leaders or line managers. PMs are expected to be subject matter experts in all areas of PV instead of the departments. PMs are more administrative than project managers.
